The identity
of "Halidom" had long been a mystery but in Wormwood recently it was revealed that
the author's real name was Alexander Huth. The stories in the
trilogy Tales
of the Wonder Club were first issued under "Dryasdust" in 1899 and
1900, then as by "Halidom" for their subsequent republication
[Volumes 1 (1903, 2 (1904) and 3 (1905).]
